Reliwise products are covered under warranty ranging from 1 year to 2 years, depending on the product model and category.

The products listed above are covered under a warranty period of two (2) years. All other products not mentioned in the above list are covered under a standard warranty period of one (1) year.
Installation and basic operational training, if applicable, will be provided as per agreed terms. Any additional services may be chargeable.
Returns or cancellations are not accepted once the product has been dispatched, except in cases of manufacturing defects confirmed by Reliwise. Any approved return must be in original condition and packaging.
Reliwise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product, including loss of business or profits.
